As a subsidiary of Ranger Energy Services, we at Torrent have adopted their culture, purpose, and core values. We have also adopted their award system to recognize employees who demonstrate our Positive Energy purpose and core values.
This past quarter we awarded Dillon Wallace the Positive Energy Spot Award.
The Positive Energy Spot Award is a prestigious award recognizing individuals for behaviors that exemplify our positive energy culture. A limited number of individuals per quarter are awarded the spot award. The recipient is presented with a Challenge Coin, hardhat sticker and certificate by a Vice President at a safety meeting.
Dillon, an Operations Technician, based in North Dakota, is the first Torrent Employee to receive this coveted award.
Jason Galvan, Vice President of Torrent Energy Services, congratulated Dillon on receiving this award, stating, “I would like to recognize Dillon Wallace for exemplifying our Positive Energy Culture. Dillon continuously Rises to the Challenge and has recently been instrumental in working through multiple challenges that we faced while installing and commissioning a North Dakota NGL/CNG Production Facility, ranging from extreme weather to supporting safety audits. Dillon is constantly Driving New Thinking while working with and around our equipment, positively engaging not only with our customers but fellow Contractors, attempting to optimize the entire facility performance and production in the safest way possible.”
Congratulations to Dillon, and keep up the great work!
